Doon International School organised an informative workshop on menstrual health and hygiene for students of Classes V–VIII.

The guest speaker, Dr Sarita from Grecian Hospital, Mohali, guided students on the importance of menstrual awareness, hygiene, nutrition, and dispelling common myths associated with this phase. The session encouraged open conversations about this natural and essential process.
